Rooted in Relatability

Motherhood clarified my why.
Nature revealed my how.

Together, they led me back to the innate wisdom of who I am,
releasing the pressure to fix myself,
inviting me into
an era of self-discovery and play.

Halley Hadfield
Intuitive Witness + Spiritual Nurturer

My work is shaped by a decade of my own healing: navigating single motherhood, healing my mother wound, learning nervous system safety, and becoming a cycle breaker for my son, Jude.

The biggest shift in my healing journey happened when I started to retreat into nature and disconnect from the grip of constant self-improvement. Reconnecting with the earth inspired me to slow down, listen inward, and simplify my thoughts so I could trust the whispers inside that grew louder the more I learned to settle into my stillness.

Working with nature freed me from my constant urge to perfect, and invited me into a deeper connection with myself and my purpose.

In the spaces I hold, you’ll find care that’s relational, not prescriptive;
intuitive, not performative;
compassionate, not pressured.

I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your inner wisdom and grow into the version of yourself you’ve been waiting to explore.

To soften. To root. To remember. To rise.

My why

Life taught me early how to navigate chaos, responsibility, and emotional weight without a map for safety or rest. For a long time, that skill set kept me alive. Eventually, I realized it was also keeping me disconnected from others, from life, and from myself.

The work I do now comes from learning how to shift out of survival and into presence.

My approach is trauma-informed and somatic. I understand healing as the gradual restoration of safety, regulation, and choice in the body. I’m passionate about supporting women who have been strong for so long that they’ve lost their connection to their center.

This work is about remembering what’s already intact beneath the coping and the struggling. It’s about returning to your body, your truth, and the quiet place inside where steadiness lives.

You don’t need to be fixed. You deserve care that meets you exactly where you are.
